Hislo User Agreement This Hislo License to Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into between Hislo and the entity or person agreeing to these terms ("User").

This Agreement is effective as of the date User clicks to accept the Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of User, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind User to this Agreement; (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of User, to this Agreement. If you do not have the legal authority to bind User, please do not click to accept. This Agreement governs User's access to and use of the Services.

User is granted a “non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sharable, revocable, limited license to use the app/service solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms.

1. Provisions of Services

1.1 Use of the Services in User Applications: Hislo will provide the content/services to User. User will be able to use app/services according to the terms

1.2 New Features and Services. Hislo may make new features or functionality available through the Services and Modifications.

1.2.1 To the Services. Hislo may make changes to the Services, which may include adding, updating, or discontinuing any Services or portion or feature(s) of the Services. Hislo will notify User of any material change to the Services.

1.2.2. To the Agreement. Hislo may make changes to this Agreement, unless otherwise noted by Hislo, material changes to the Agreement will become effective 30 days after notice is given, except if the changes apply to new functionality in which case they will be effective immediately

2. License

2.1    License Grant: Subject to this Agreement's terms, during the Term, Hislo grants to “User” a “non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sharable, revocable, limited license to use the app/service solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms.

2.2    General Restrictions. Unless Hislo specifically agrees in writing, User will not: (a) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract any or all of the source code (except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law); (b) sublicense, transfer, or distribute any of the Services; (c) sell, resell, or otherwise make the Services available as a commercial offering to a third party; or (d) access or use the Services: for High Risk Activities

2.3    Requirements for Using the Services. User will display all attribution that (i) Hislo provides through the Services (including branding, logos, watermarking, and copyright and trademark notices); or (ii) User will not modify, obscure, or delete such attribution.

2.4    Restrictions Against Misusing the Services.

2.4.1 No Scraping. User will not extract, export, scrape, or cache Hislo Content for use outside the Services.

2.4.2    No Creating Content From Hislo Maps Content. User will not create content based on Hislo Content, including tracing, digitizing, or creating other datasets based on Hislo Maps Content.

2.4.3    No Re-Creating Hislo Products or Features. User will not use the Services to create a product or service with features that are substantially similar to or that re-create the features of any Hislo product or service. User’s product or service must contain substantial, independent value and features beyond the Hislo products or services.

2.4.4    No Use With Non-Hislo Maps. User will not use the Hislo Maps Core Services in a User Application that contains a non-Hislo map. For example, Customer will not (i) display Places listings on a non-Hislo map, or (ii) display Street View imagery and non-Hislo maps in the same User Application.

2.4.5    No Use for High Risk Activities. Customer will not use the Google Maps Core Services for High Risk Activities.

3. Suspension. Hislo may Suspend the Services without prior notice if User breaches any License Requirements and Restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights; Feedback.

4.1 Intellectual Property Rights. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant User any rights, implied or otherwise, to Hislo’s content or any of its intellectual property. Hislo owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services and Software.

4.2 Customer Feedback. If User provides Hislo any Feedback about the Services, then Hislo may use that information without obligation to User, and User irrevocably assigns to Hislo all right, title, and interest in that Feedback.

5. Technical Support Services. Hislo will provide Technical Support Service to User in accordance with the Application and its Services.

6. Term and Termination.

6.1 Agreement Term. The “Term” of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and continue until the Agreement is terminated under this Section.

6.2 Termination. Hislo reserves the right to terminate the User’s use of this application at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Except as expressly provided for in the Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hislo (a) does not make any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of fitness for a particular use, error-free, or uninterrupted use of the service or software that could potentially damage the User; (b) User will use services at their own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Hislo will not be held liable for any damages that may arise to the User from the use of this app. Damages may include, but are not limited to loss of data, conduct of third parties, inability to access the app, copyright infringement of others, and any other damages that may occur.

9. Miscellanous.

9.1 Governing Law. Where would you like to put for this clause?

9.2 Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets out all terms agreed between the parties and supersedes all other agreements between the parties relating to its subject matter.

1.2.1 إلى الخدمات. قد يقوم Hislo بإجراء تغييرات على الخدمات ، والتي قد تتضمن إضافة أو تحديث أو إيقاف أي خدمات أو جزء أو ميزة (ميزات) للخدمات. سيقوم Hislo بإعلام المستخدم بأي تغيير في المواد إلى الخدمات.

2. الترخيص

2.1    منحة الترخيص: وفقًا لشروط هذه الاتفاقية ، خلال المدة ، يمنح Hislo "المستخدم" بـ "غير حصري ، غير قابل للتحويل ، غير قابل للمشاركة ، ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستخدام التطبيق / الخدمة فقط لأغراض شخصية ، الاستخدام غير التجاري وفقا للشروط.

2.3    متطلبات استخدام الخدمات. سيعرض المستخدم كل الإحالة التي تقدمها (1) Hislo من خلال الخدمات (بما في ذلك العلامات التجارية والشعارات والعلامات المائية وإشعارات حقوق النشر والعلامة التجارية) ؛ مصر (2) لن يقوم المستخدم بتعديل أو إخفاء أو حذف هذه الإحالة.

2.4    القيود المفروضة على إساءة استخدام الخدمات.

2.4.1 لا القشط. لن يقوم المستخدم باستخراج أو تصدير أو مسح أو تخزين محتوياته لاستخدامها خارج الخدمات.

2.4.2    لا إنشاء محتوى من محتوى خرائط Hislo. لن ينشئ المستخدم محتوى يستند إلى محتوى Hislo ، بما في ذلك تتبع ، أو رقمنة ، أو إنشاء مجموعات بيانات أخرى على أساس محتوى خرائط Hislo.

2.4.3    لا إعادة إنشاء منتجات Hislo أو ميزاتها. لن يستخدم المستخدم الخدمات لإنشاء منتج أو خدمة ذات ميزات تشبه إلى حد كبير أو تعمل على إعادة إنشاء ميزات أي منتج أو خدمة من Hislo. يجب أن يحتوي منتج أو خدمة المستخدم على قيمة كبيرة ومستقلة وميزات تتجاوز منتجات Hislo أو خدماتها.

2.4.4    عدم الاستخدام مع خرائط Non-Hislo. لن يستخدم المستخدم خدمات Hislo Maps Core في تطبيق المستخدم الذي يحتوي على خريطة غير Hislo. على سبيل المثال ، لن يقوم العميل (1) بعرض قوائم الأماكن على خريطة غير هاملو ، أو (2) عرض صور التجوّل الافتراضي وخرائط غير هاملو في نفس تطبيق المستخدم.

2.4.5    عدم الاستخدام للأنشطة عالية المخاطر. لن يستخدم العميل خدمات Google Maps الأساسية للأنشطة عالية المخاطر.

3. تعليق. يجوز لـ Hislo تعليق الخدمات دون إشعار مسبق إذا قام المستخدم باختراق أي متطلبات وتقييدات ترخيص.

4. حقوق الملكية الفكرية ردود الفعل.

4.1 حقوق الملكية الفكرية. باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه صراحةً في هذه الاتفاقية ، لا تمنح هذه الاتفاقية أي حقوق للمستخدم ، سواء ضمنيًا أو صريحًا ، إلى محتوى Hislo أو أي من ملكيته الفكرية. تمتلك Hislo جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في الخدمات والبرامج.

4.2 ملاحظات العملاء. إذا قدم المستخدم هيسلو أي ملاحظات حول الخدمات ، فيجوز لهيسلو أن يستخدم هذه المعلومات دون التزام للمستخدم ، ويعين المستخدم بشكل لا رجعة فيه إلى هيسلو جميع الحقوق ، والعناوين ، والاهتمام في هذه التعليقات.

5. خدمات الدعم الفني ستوفر Hislo خدمة الدعم الفني للمستخدم وفقًا للتطبيق وخدماته.

6. المدة والإنهاء.

6.1 مدة الاتفاقية. ستبدأ "مدة" هذه الاتفاقية في تاريخ السريان وتستمر حتى يتم إنهاء الاتفاقية بموجب هذا القسم.

6.2 الإنهاء. تحتفظ Hislo بالحق في إنهاء استخدام المستخدم لهذا التطبيق في أي وقت.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمان. باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه صراحة في الاتفاقية ، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به ، فإن Hislo (a) لا يقدم أي ضمانات من أي نوع ، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية أو قانونية أو غير ذلك ، بما في ذلك ضمانات اللياقة للاستخدام الخاص ، ﺧﺪﻣﺔ أو ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻘﻄﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﺨﺪﻣﺔ أو اﻟﺒﺮاﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺆدي إﻟﻰ ﺗﻠﻒ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪم ؛ (ب) يستخدم المستخدم الخدمات على مسؤوليته الخاصة.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به هيسلو لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي أضرار قد تنشأ للمستخدم من استخدام هذا التطبيق. قد تشمل الأضرار ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، فقدان البيانات ، سلوك أطراف ثالثة ، عدم القدرة على الوصول إلى التطبيق ، انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر للآخرين ، وأي أضرار أخرى قد تحدث.

9. متفرقات.

9.1 القانون الحاكم. أين تريد أن تضع هذا الشرط؟

9.2 كامل الاتفاقية. تحدد هذه الاتفاقية جميع الشروط المتفق عليها بين الطرفين وتحل محل جميع الاتفاقيات الأخرى بين الأطراف المتعلقة بموضوعها.
